About AERLORA
What is AERLORA?
AERLORA is an adjustable inflatable seat cushion with 36 air cells. It adds a lightweight layer of comfort to suitable seats at work, at home and while travelling.
Is AERLORA a memory foam cushion?
No. AERLORA uses air cells rather than memory foam. Add or release air to adjust the firmness to your preference.
Is AERLORA suitable for daily use?
Yes. AERLORA is suitable for everyday sitting situations, including work, home, driving, and travel. For the best experience, adjust the air level to your comfort preference and avoid overinflating the cushion.
Comfort & Fit
Will it feel too soft?
The firmness depends on how much air you add. More air creates a firmer and more supportive feel, while less air creates a softer and more adaptive feel. You can adjust the air level until it feels right for you.
Will it feel unstable when sitting?
Too much air can make the cushion feel firm or unsteady. Release a little air until it feels comfortable and stable, and check that it sits securely on your chair.
Will it noticeably raise my seat height?
AERLORA may slightly raise your sitting height, depending on how much air you add. You can release some air to lower the cushion and make it better fit your chair and sitting posture.
Will it feel hot after sitting for a long time?
Gaps between the air cells allow air to circulate around the sitting surface. How warm it feels will also depend on your clothing, the room temperature and how long you sit.
Does it fit all chairs?
AERLORA fits most flat and stable seats, including office chairs, dining chairs, car seats, plane seats, and home chairs. We do not recommend using it on sharp, rough, uneven, or unstable surfaces.
Inflation & Daily Use
Do I need to inflate it myself?
Yes. AERLORA needs to be inflated before use. You can adjust the air level based on your sitting preference.
How much air should I add?
Start with a moderate amount of air, then sit down and adjust. The cushion should feel flexible and stable, rather than fully compressed, rigid or wobbly.
Is more air always better?
No. Overinflating the cushion can make it feel too firm and may affect stability and product lifespan. A moderate air level usually provides a more natural and comfortable sitting feel.
How do I know if the air level is right?
After sitting down, the cushion should not feel completely flat, but it also should not feel too high, too hard, or unstable. If it feels too firm or wobbly, release a little air. If it feels too flat, add a little air.
Can I adjust the firmness while using it?
Yes. Add or release air to find the feel that suits you. Recheck the firmness whenever you move the cushion to a different seat.
Will the cushion slowly lose air?
If the cushion feels softer over time, check that the valves are closed and top it up as needed. If it loses air quickly or repeatedly, contact support@aerlora.com with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue.
Where You Can Use It
Can I use it on an office chair?
Yes. AERLORA is well suited for office chairs, especially for people who spend long hours sitting at a desk or working in front of a computer.
Can I use it on a car seat?
Check that the cushion fits securely on your car seat. It must not interfere with your driving position, pedal control, seat belt or safe operation of the vehicle.
Can I bring it on a plane?
Yes. AERLORA can be deflated and packed, making it suitable as a travel seat cushion. Please follow any airline or in-flight rules when using it on board.
Can it be used on a wheelchair?
AERLORA may be used on some wheelchair seats as an everyday comfort cushion. However, it is not a professional medical wheelchair cushion and should not be used as a replacement for medical pressure-relief cushions or professional medical advice.
Can I use it outdoors?
AERLORA can be used for short periods on clean, flat outdoor seating surfaces, such as stadium seats or park benches. We do not recommend placing it directly on rough ground, stones, sharp wood, or wet surfaces for extended use.
Materials & Care
What materials is AERLORA made from?
AERLORA has a flexible TPU air-cell structure and a soft, stretchy Lycra surface.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth and leave it to air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, soak or use harsh cleaning chemicals.
Can I wash it with water?
Clean the surface with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the cushion in water or put it in a washing machine.
Will there be a smell when I first open it?
You may notice a slight smell from the materials when first unpacking the cushion. Leave it in a well-ventilated area before use. If the smell persists or concerns you, contact support@aerlora.com.
What should I avoid during use?
Avoid overinflating the cushion. Keep it away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, high heat, open flames, and pet claws. Before use, make sure the seat surface is clean and smooth.
