Why We Started With Air
Traditional cushions often rely on one material layer — foam, gel, sponge, or memory foam. These materials can feel soft at first, but they usually have a fixed structure. Once your body weight settles into the cushion, the surface compresses in the same areas again and again.
That is why many cushions feel comfortable for the first few minutes, but less supportive after longer sitting sessions.

Instead of using one solid block, the AERLORA AirCell Seat Cushion is built around a 36 air-cell structure. Each air cell works as an individual support point, helping spread sitting pressure across the cushion instead of concentrating it in one narrow area.

AERLORA uses a flexible TPU air structure paired with a Lycra surface.
The TPU structure helps hold air and support the cushion’s inflatable design, while the Lycra surface gives the cushion a smoother, softer touch for daily sitting. Together, these materials allow the cushion to remain lightweight, adjustable, and easy to use across different seating environments.
The raised air-cell layout also helps reduce full-surface contact compared with flat cushions, creating a lighter sitting feel during longer sessions.
